Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Tell us by emailing sales@armstrong-guitars.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Please return items unused, in their original condition and packaging. You can play a guitar to try it, as you would in a shop, but items that are damaged or show more than normal handling may have their refund reduced.

Your refund

We refund the price you paid, plus standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the item back (or proof that you've sent it). The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. You pay the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
