Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on armstrong-guitars.com. Please read them before you order.

1. About us

This website is run by Armstrong Guitars. You can contact us at sales@armstrong-guitars.com.

2. Your order

When you place an order you'll get an email to say we've received it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been sent. If we can't supply an item, for example because it's out of stock or the price is wrong, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. We check prices carefully, but if we find a mistake we'll contact you before sending the order.

4. Delivery

See our delivery information. The item is your responsibility from the time it's delivered.

5. Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See returns and refunds.

6. Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
