Tanglewood FX3M Flex Ultra 3m Jack Lead, Merlot Red Poly Braid, Straight Jack

A warm merlot red jack lead with straight plugs

The Tanglewood FX3M is a 3 metre jack lead in a warm merlot red poly braid. It is for the player who likes a bit of colour but wants it classic rather than flashy. With straight plugs at both ends, it fits pedalboards, amps and recording gear without any fuss.

Classic look, modern build

Merlot is a deep red that looks right next to sunburst and cherry finishes. The braided jacket gives the cable a smooth feel and helps guard the wiring inside against kinks and general wear.

Simple, solid connections

Straight jacks are the traditional layout, and they work almost everywhere. Use the FX3M from guitar to amp, between effects, or into an interface. Three metres is enough for most home and rehearsal setups.

Quiet and accurate

The internal shielding keeps noise down, so what you play is what you hear. That matters most when you record or use a lot of gain.

Matching the rest of your rig

Merlot works well with wood finishes, brass hardware and black amps. If you play a cherry or burgundy guitar, the lead will echo the body colour. Some players buy two and use one for the guitar and one between pedals, which keeps the board neat. It also makes a thoughtful present for a guitarist who has everything except a decent cable, since a lead is something every player wears out in the end.
