Tanglewood NL1MC Northstar Littlestar Mini Electric Guitar, Morello Cherry

Morello Cherry, in a size made for smaller players

Colour is what sets the Tanglewood NL1MC apart. It is the Morello Cherry version of the Northstar Littlestar mini electric, a deep red gloss on a body built for younger players and beginners. If you want a red electric guitar that is light enough to carry anywhere, this is it.

Why cherry

The finish is rich and warm, and it gives the small body real presence. It echoes the full size Northstar guitars. Choose it if you want your first guitar to look exciting each time the case opens.

Fretting made easier

With a 580mm scale length, your fingers do not have to stretch far. Chords come quicker and confidence builds. The poplar body has a double cutaway so the top frets are within reach. The maple neck carries a Roseacer stripe and the fingerboard is laurel.

Pickups and hardware

Three ceramic single coil pickups give a bright, clear sound. Chrome die cast machine heads keep the strings in tune.

Easy to live with

This guitar is light, so a child can hold it for a full lesson. Light electric strings press down easily, which keeps early practice fun and not painful.

Who will enjoy it

Parents shopping for a child will like the manageable size and the low price. Adults with small hands may find the short scale a relief after struggling on a bigger neck. It also makes a quiet, easy guitar to keep at a desk or in a spare room for a few minutes of playing each day. Pair it with a small practice amp and it is ready.
