Tanglewood TRU4CEAWLH Reunion Pro Left-Handed Super Folk Cutaway Electro-Acoustic Guitar

Built the right way round for left-handed players

Left-handed players often have to settle for whatever is available. The Tanglewood TRU4CEAWLH is a proper left handed electro acoustic guitar, a mirror image of the TRU4 super folk cutaway with the same solid spruce top, black walnut body and onboard electronics, so you don't have to compromise on spec.

Made for your hand

Everything is reversed for left-handed playing. The cutaway sits on the correct side for your fretting hand to reach the upper frets, and the strings run in the right order for you without any restringing or nut changes. You get the guitar exactly as Tanglewood intended, just flipped.

• Fully left-handed build, not a restrung right-hander
• Cutaway on the right side for a left-handed player
• Eboncore fingerboard
• Natural satin finish with a low-sheen feel

Woods and voice

The soundboard is solid spruce, which keeps the response quick and articulate, and it is faced with a figured black walnut veneer that gives the top a dark, detailed grain. Black walnut is also used for the back and sides. The walnut warms up the midrange and adds depth under the spruce, giving a balanced voice that handles fingerpicking and strumming equally well. The super folk body sits between a parlour and a dreadnought in size, so it's comfortable on your knee.

Plugging in

Tanglewood's Premium Plus EQ lets you shape your amplified sound for an acoustic amp, a PA or a home recording setup. Set the tone once and you're ready for open mics and full gigs alike.

This is the left-handed version of the Tanglewood Reunion Pro TRU4CEAW, which costs £399 in right-handed form.
